Battery charge indicator
The battery charge indicator (c) will indicate the state of charge of the lithium-ion battery pack (12) or the non-rechargeable batteries on the display:

If the lithium-ion battery pack or non-rechargeable batteries is/are running low 
, <Low battery> will appear on a yellow status bar (d) for a few seconds.
If the state of charge is critical 
, <Battery critical> will appear on a red status bar (d) for a few seconds. The empty battery charge indicator (c) will then appear red. The measuring tool can be operated for a maximum of another 15 minutes.
If the lithium-ion battery pack or non-rechargeable batteries is/are empty, <Battery empty> will appear on the display for a few seconds and then the measuring tool will switch off.
