Speed preselection
The factory settings include 2 preset speeds.

The specified speed setting values depend on the rechargeable battery in use, the battery's state of charge and the tool's operating temperature.
With the speed setting buttons (22) (24), you can preselect the required speed. The figures in the table below are recommended values.

Do not start cutting until the product has reached maximum speed. If you bring the saw blade into contact with the workpiece before starting the motor, the saw blade will be overloaded and damaged, which could result in serious injury. Select setting 2 for the highest cutting speed. Select setting 1 to reduce spark formation.
