Rotating the Gear Head (see figure C)

Before carrying out any work on the power tool (e.g. maintenance, tool change etc.), remove the battery from the power tool. There is risk of injury from unintentionally pressing the on/off switch.

You can rotate the gearing 90° to the left or right relative to the handle. In this way, the on/off switch (8) can be brought into a more favourable handling position for particular applications.

Set the on/off switch (8) to the "Off" position.
Press the (9) button and turn the gearing to the required position (see figure C).
The on/off switch (8) can only be activated if the gearing is in the correct position.
